SECCOM SOLUTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by SECCOM SOLUTIONS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2.1 The Company provides a variety of IT services, including but not limited to: website development, software development, network infrastructure, and data security. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in the service agreement between you and the Company.

  1. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company.

3.2 Any fees charged by the Company are non-refundable, except in the case of a breach of contract by the Company.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The Company retains all intellectual property rights to any work produced by the Company, including but not limited to source code, designs, and documents.

4.2 The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work produced by the Company for the purpose outlined in the service agreement.

  1. Confidentiality

5.1 The Company and you agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  1. Termination

7.1 The service agreement between you and the Company may be terminated by either party with written notice.

7.2 The Company may terminate the service agreement immediately if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the Company has its principal place of business.

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Company has its principal place of business.

  1. Entire Agreement

9.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and arrangements, whether oral or written.
